Spruce Woods Inn

Very nice, clean room, cozy, perfect for 1 night stay, great food, bar, everything you can ask for for a small town Inn. 👍

Rooms are definitely on the basic side, but they were clean and wifi was available. Rooms were well priced. No maid service. Tv in one room didn't work. The restaurant was closed after we were told it would be open. It wasn't far to the golf course for a fantastic breakfast. Would stay there again.

Building and rooms were somewhat run down and were in process of being upgraded. Beds were clean and comfy. Some bathrooms have been updated by someone without much experience or attention to detail. Shower did not work very well. However, the rates were cheap and manager went out of his way to accommodate a third adult in a second room at a reduced rate. The restaurant is a favourite for locals to gather over a coffee. Breakfast was standard fare for reasonable price. A quirky, but enjoyable stay if you don't have too high expectations.
