Excellent experience with Kris and his team for a water burst from a lead water pipe to the main water line. He was very accomodating prompt service. A1 Onsite replaced the sewer pipe between our house and the city street in August 2020. Kris and company did a great job. They were able to push a new pipe from the street to our basement without disturbing our lawn and landscaping, which other contractors weren't able to do. A1 Onsite had their sub-trades lined up and ready to go, so the entire replacement was complete in 2.5 days, and we were only without sewer for 2 hours during the switchover. They left our basement and yard clean and tidy. We initially had a hard time reaching Kris to book the job, but we are very glad we persisted because the workmanship was excellent. There is a reason A1 Onsite is so busy!
