I was very pleased with the service and quality of work done on my boat last fall when it needed a repair to the gel coat. TWOZEROFOUR took care of insurance and made the process smooth. When I got my boat back there was no evidence of prior damage. They also winterized, shrink-wrapped and stored my boat for the winter. I had problems with the engine earlier in the summer and Jeff was very knowledgeable and kept me informed regularly. He also followed through on expected dates for completion of the work and return of the boat. I appreciated pick-up and drop off of my boat as I’m without a tow vehicle right now. Speaking with Magwyer, Neil and Jeff on the phone was always a positive experience as they listened to my questions, made accommodations for my requests, and kept me in the loop of any developments. I will continue to use TWOZEROFOUR for future work on my boat!

I’m the type that will tackle almost anything myself before I pay someone else to do it, no matter what the job is. The work I needed performed on my boat engine was well above my skill and tool level, so I needed some help. I searched out a boat repair company near me and this company came up. I made an appointment and then reached out to a buddy to see if he knew anything about this company to see if they were good or not. He said they were awesome and I would be happy with their service. He was 100% correct. From the online service request I sent from the website, to the appointment booking, to drop off and pickup was one of the easiest transactions I have ever made in my life. Shortly after I dropped off the boat I received a call from the mechanic. He wanted to make sure he understood the issue I was having. I appreciated that call more than they know as its very important to me that there are no misunderstandings on my dollar.
