You took the opportunity to look at our house via Google and suggested modifications to the information I has provided, all of which modifications were legitimate. We gave you the “go ahead” and you were quick to respond. You asked ahead to arrange a time and you met that obligation. When you arrived, I was impressed with your professionalism, courtesy and honesty.
