I did not have an appointment, but dropped off my paperwork. My dealings with all staff at the branch was very professional and pleasant. I spoke with Lisa on the phone a couple of times, and she was very helpful and thorough in our interactions, including contacting me to confirm how I wanted to proceed concerning the cashback option I requested. My needs were met very satisfactorily.

I was able to get my taxes done before my scheduled appointment, so that was nice. I'm still waiting on my money tho, not sure why it's taking so long.
