They do their job well.
My experience is that you ask payment method before hand.
They experience pressure just as much as costumer’s.
Be clear what you say and be kind.
The one person was a bit rough, but must be going through a lot.
IAnother employee was friendly.
I can understand when customer’s think everything is free, that a company will be a bit more assertive.
They do a lot for people who are in a questionable situation. Show respect.
