I just found out that they are very understaffed in customer service and one representative is answering the 300+ daily customer service calls on their own. Please be patient, leave a voicemail when prompted and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Evan was very helpful when a billing issue arose when the service was canceled. He made sure everything was adjusted fairly and provided really great customer service.
