Lucas Dyck Coaching

I’m a couple weeks into my first training and nutrition program with lucas and I’m already starting to see results! Even a friend noticed and commented. Can’t wait to see how I transform in a another couple of weeks!

Lucas has helped me more than words can say.
He has provided me with a workout program tailored to me and the progress I’m hoping to see. I have never felt stronger than I do now. He checks in with me to make sure things are going well or if I’m needing extra help.
The structure of the program is huge for me, I no longer walk into the gym without knowing what I’m doing. I’m focused and motivated throughout each workout!
