It is a less than budget friendly travel solution, that is slightly less expensive than the other Perimeter group flight provider. Either way, thankful that the service & option exists. For a disabled person it is a little rough on a bad back, though not as bad if you stretch out a little in the very first seat. The delays for the departure were not at all pleasant. No detailed reasons given for delay, in that it was a south bound destination (the only reason for 3 stars this time). Again, more inconvenient due to the physical limitations of my disability. It is a much smaller aircraft & different experience overall. Beats taking the bus any day. The return trip was flawless, as per schedule. I am satisfied overall.

Last trip, noticed English speaking Security for pre-boarding and everything ran smoothly effeciently..no questions about what was expected n search of belongings was done respectfully.
