For the most part, WestJet is one of favourite airlines to fly! The staff are generally friendly. Not always, but the majority are very customer service oriented. One problem that I have is food allergies. I can never have the snack on the flight, or purchase items. It would be nice if they are more accommodating to people with food allergies. Instead of rolling your eyes at me when I say I can’t eat that, try to understand that it will make me very sick. Also, times are extremely stressful for everyone. You don’t know what those passengers are on a flight for. So please, be kind always. You are in the field of customer service, and that always should be your top priority.

Took premium class round trip Winnipeg - Toronto. I am disabled and was helped all the time. Staff were kind and food was great. Airlines get a bad reputation at the smallest thing but honestly, I was happy! They are so patient with people that seems stressed all the time!
