Your experience here is contingent on the previous tenants (what state the unit/ appliances are left in), your neighbours (mine smokes on his balcony and it goes right into my ac unit/ open windows), and if you are ok with background noise (screaming kids, people shouting in halls). The rent is pretty high, but on the lower end for the south with pet friendly units and in suite laundry. Maintenance has been pretty quick to respond. Aim for a unit facing the parking lot so you dont have to deal with the road noise.

Living there is nice and comfortable, the rent is slightly overpriced but air-conditioned, dishwasher, in-suite Landry machines, and so on are pleasant. Maintenance requests are so far treated acceptable time frame and I am happy with that. The sight manager Lara is a hard working woman and she always tries her best. The one star reduction is horrible customer care agents. So far I talked to two agents and both were rude. One of them hung up the phone while I was still speaking. Totally recommend to avoid dealing with customer service agents by phone, instead send maintenance requests through resident portal or email to Lara.

My family stayed in this apartment for 8 months. Location is super, it’s close to RBC, Save on Food, Tim Hortons, clinic, Shoppers Drug Mart, Canada Post, park….all essential living spots you name it. Staffs are friendly and were willing to solve the issues while we were staying there. Quiet living environment with a sense of security. This property is highly recommended especially if you are new to Winnipeg.

I'm pretty glad to be one of the tenants here since we have such a beautiful apartment and community. Moreover, the manager Miss Lara's so kind and reliable when we were in trouble and asked her for a help. Definitely worth moving in the Bridgwater Heights!
