Choosing Inspired Spaces to spearhead our bathroom renovation was one of the best choices we've ever made. They took our very tired '80s renovated bathroom with no redeeming features, and gave us the bathroom we had dreamed of.

We had our bathroom completely gutted in order to move both plumbing and electrical, to replace an oversized jacuzzi tub with a fabulous walk-in shower and to create space for a great vanity and storage tower. Renovating in a 100+ year old house is always interesting, but all surprises were handled by the team with creativity and finesse.

Working with Kelly was great. He came in regularly to review the work his team was doing, answering his phone or returning calls quickly, ensuring that any questions were immediately addressed. And the sub-trades working with Kelly and his team were all personable, funny, highly professional and did exemplary work.

I had a large floor area - kitchen, hallway, bathroom - entirely replaced with ceramic tile by Inspired Spaces. The previous flooring was probably installed in the 1990s, and was different in the bathroom and in the kitchen / hallway areas. The project manager at IS was great with giving me an excellent detailed project cost, labour, materials and time estimate, and it was followed to the letter. The work was performed over one week, with removal of the old flooring by one team of great workers, the tiling installed over several days by a really excellent team of two people, and then old debris removal shortly afterwards and a wonderful cleaning service by two people after the work was done. The quality of work was top notch every step of the way, communication was excellent and the project manager was available easily by phone. A few months later I did notice a plumbing glitch consequent to the toilet (re-)installation after the flooring was installed, but I had it fixed, and Inspired Spaces immediately covered the bill. At the same time, I took stock again of how I feel about my new floors, and I fully re-endorse Inspired Spaces for their high quality of work, including exquisite attention to detail that amounts to real craftsmanship, and personal attention to client service. - Christina
