Kurt provides a relaxed yet focussed discussion while guiding me through various exercises. I appreciate his insights and ability to deliver what seems like a workout of both body… and mind.

I was very impressed with Kurt's knowledge and how he was able to identify and isolate where my range of mobility is lacking.
During my assessment, Kurt walked me through some stretches and techniques that I've never seen before. This lead to me being able to increase my range of motion in my ankles and legs.

As I prepare for the 2023 BMO Vancouver International Marathon with the goal of obtaining elite status, I really don’t have time to piss around. Kurt is simply one of the few people I would trust to address any physical problems I encounter during my training. The maintenance program he designed for me has actually improved my running and my 53 yr old body feels younger. I strongly recommend Kurt for anyone who is active and wants to stay active.
