Jessica has been so helpful with the overwhelming world that was starting to feed my baby (who is now a toddler) solids. I felt so lost when it came to what foods to begin with, baby-led vs. the puree approach, what kind of milk to give him. Not only has she has provided me with so much helpful information like all of the above, but she's posted so many amazing recipes as well! I really appreciate her website and have recommended it to many of my friends!

Jessica has a been a lot of help to us! We hired her for a private consultation in order to meet the dietary needs of our 1 year old with a restricted diet due to allergies. I had been very nervous about missing something that my child needed to develop properly. Jessica gave me the confidence and knowledge I needed to make healthy choices for my child. She also gave me a print out of the advice given. I kept it on my fridge and referred to it often. My child did very well and her growth chart has been great!
