We had a great experience with UAS and are so very happy to have 2 beautiful children from Bulgaria join our family. When looking for an agency to work with one of the most important issues to us was that they would be timely communicators. UAS has always responded quickly and gone up and above to address our concerns and put us at ease during the process. They advocated for us here in Manitoba as well as in Bulgaria to make our adoption a great success. Adoption is always expensive however we found their fees to be inline with other agencies. We planned for there to be unexpected costs as anyone who goes into an international adoption process should. We can not put a price on what bringing our new son and daughter into our family has meant to us and we are thankful UAS stood with us the whole way through and even after, while we were completing our citizenship and passport documents. They are honest and above board in what they do. They have a heart to see children placed in families!
