I live here since early January 2022. So far I really love this place. Most people are nice and willing to talk anytime. Their monthly fees are very good and includes heat, hydro, water, TV package and parking if available. The only thing left to pay is internet and your phone. Walking distance to all types of store including dental, medical, massage and so on. Few minutes away from bus stops. It is mainly for single people and they do have a few unit for couples.
It's a place that's been around since the early 80s,...since I was a kid I grew up around the business now 50yrs later my aunt(B.M)jus moved in there ....
