Donna was very patient with our dog and really took her time to gain her trust and let her feel comforable during the grooming. She even took pictures & videos of her for us and it seemed like our dog really enjoyed the time with her. We highly recommend Pretty Puppy and we'll definitely bring our dog back!👍

She even went above and beyond and noticed some matted fur behind one of my dog's ears and offered to fix it up, free of charge! Great customer service, we will definitely be back!

You can tell she really care for dogs so your pup is in good hands. We'll come back for a full groom next time. Highly recommended
