Built to last with amenities to keep everyone happy with a gym, laundry room, bike storage and a rooftop patio as well one of the best coffee shops in town on the main floor. Enjoy living in the always lively Exchange District with turn of the century architecture, a wide range of local shops and great access to transit as well as car share services in the neighbourhood.
(January 5, 2023, 3:20 pm)The apartments are super spacious, clean, have beautiful, large windows and they’re really well-insulated - I’ve never lived in an apartment where I actually feel comfy during the winter without barely ever having to turn the heat on. The owners do all the rentals, which I think is really awesome. It makes me feel like I’m not just some faceless tenant and a rent cheque. I’m really happy living here!
