Eiffel Tower A Apartments

Well maintained building and excellent location in St. Boniface, right across from Safeway and within walking distance to many amenities, including St. B Hospital and the Forks! The resident manager, William is very prompt with answering any questions, unit repairs and even helped me find a sublet for my unit. Overall a great place to live in St. B

I was looking for a nice apartment and I was able to find exactly what I needed. The building is newly renovated and looks amazing! Utilities are included which is so nice! There's a huge pool, a gym, and so much more. The resident manager is a really great person and went above and beyond! If you're looking for a great apartment, I highly recommend it!!

Great neighborhood, conveniently located across from grocery store and close to many amenities including The Forks. Really nice caretaker (Will), very friendly, courteous, and professional. Quick response to repair requests.

Great friendly responsive management staff , **great great location , nice window views of evergreen trees** for all the balcony lovers like me. Been living at Eiffel tower A for 3 years now. It is a nice, clean and well managed place to live in the heart of St. Boniface. Special Thanks to the Resident manager- William for taking care of their tenants, always being so actively looking into the concerns and being so supportive. The building is under surveillance which makes is safer. Will takes good care of the building which is really admirable. EXCELLENT MAINTENANCE STAFF
