Incredible. Quick, effective, and thorough. One of the most painless waxings I’ve done ever (out of three so take that with a grain of salt). But just awesome. Exactly as advertised. Prices are very transparent, exactly what’s on the website. I will be back!

Came back to get my nails done. Another amazing experience. Again was quick, easy, affordable, and the nails turned out great! A perfect nude look.

Immediately when you enter staff was incredibly happy and helpful. I got my eyebrows waxed and they look so amazing, during the appointment she was so nice and talkative. Great experience!

Sheila is amazing! I booked an appointment online which was super easy & convenient. I requested her due to the great reviews & I was not disappointed. Sheila has a way of instantly making you feel comfortable. She is easy to talk to & so quick! I'll definitely be booking with her again.

Sheila was absolutely amazing! She is very punctual and take pride in her work as she handles her services very professionally. The first time I went to go see her, she kept me calm and collected as I've never had such services done before. It's always a pleasure to come see her as she provides such a welcoming atmosphere! After having a bad experience at another sugaring place, I happened to come across Urban Calm and decided to check it out. Sheila was amazing! Quick and thorough job! She was very welcoming and knew what she was doing! It's also a huge plus that she offers so many different services, not just sugaring. So glad I have found my new sugaring home! :)
