Bath Fitter

The bathroom in our Air BNB was looking a little drab and in need of a refresh. We called Bath Fitter to come and spruce up the tub and the tubsuround. It was truly an amazing transformation!

We had Bath Fitters in the end of November to do a tub to shower conversion. Eddie did an excellent job, professional, kept the area clean with drop cloths and answered all of our questions during the installation. We had a minor situation with the glass doors and someone came out promptly to look and they are working to make it right. Only taking 2 days from start to finish was terrific and we love the new shower and would highly Bath Fitters.

The experience of using Bath Fitter has mostly been positive. The planning for and installation of a tub insert and wall covering went very well. Unfortunately, Bath Fitter only uses NON-paintable silicone in their installation process. This is fine for internal edges/corners but can cause additional problems along the ceiling and walls - as we have now experienced. Most contractors would use paintable caulking for renovations so we assumed Bath Fitter would as well. They did not tell us otherwise even though it was known throughout the process that their work was just one part of our bathroom renovation. So . . . renovators, beware!

We just had a new tub, surround and dome installed. Workmanship was professional and we are extremely satisfied with the results! Very professional even to being given verbal and written instructions for care and cleaning. I would have no problems recommending Bathfitters!

Eddie has been an absolute gem! He's very professional with great attention to detail, his work is clean and done right. We love the new shower. We've previously used Bath Fitter for our upstairs bathroom and that was a terrific experience so when it came to needing to get our second bathroom done, Bath Fitter was our go to! Thank you for the great work! Eddie deserves a gold star!
