I met with Jon and Sue to discuss my fire safety options. Jon was very understanding of my needs and explained everything clearly. Sue simply explained the financial aspects and obligations. Both Jon and Sue answered multiple questions after my first consultation and went over the top to ensure I was comfortable with the protection package I chose.
