(June 4, 2021, 10:03 pm)I called these guys initially for some heavy duty work on my commercial property. Not only did they install 4 ductless split units quickly, professionally and at a fair price but it was done before I needed it.
Paul answers his phone every single time you call. Jared shows up, installs the equipment professionally and on time. Everything these guys SAY they’re going to do they DO.
I have never had this level of service from a trade before and I can’t say enough good things about XL.
Recently it was 38°C and my home air conditioner wasn’t functioning correctly. I texted Paul at XL and within a couple hours he had a guy here solving the problem.
with how busy trades are, I’m surprised and grateful that there are still companies like this around. Absolutely unparallelled over the top service.
