Affordable and nice and clean place to live:)
The caretaker Allan is a great communicator. I asked to see a sublet and was able to see it on the same day. He was very thorough with explaining what I could expect with the suite, Towers Realty and himself as the on site caretaker. From the brief conversation I had with him I could imagine that the tenants in the building would be in good hands.
Great place, decent rent. The caretaker actually cares and keeps the place kept. Def renewing our lease.
The caretaker here is very polite and easy to communicate with. I needed some maintenance repairs done, he did everything on his end and communicated with me the entire time. It was a bit of a wait this is why I'm only leaving 4 stars. The caretaker always takes time to say hi as we see him when we go check our mail we usually see him cleaning in the lobby too!
