    It’s my first living place in Canada & still living in it. A good place surrounded by a nice walking track. Thumbs up to Sonal and other team members for keeping this place great & helpful.

    We have been residents of River Meadows for a couple of years now, Sonal & Dil are always excellent to deal with. If we’ve ever had any concerns they were dealt with promptly and professionally. Great location close to amenities in south St.Vital.

    We've been living here for a few months now and it's been lovely!! The staff is awesome, very helpful and efficient. There is on site management, which is super convenient!! Just a quick walk over and we can talk to them face to face! Dogs of ANY size are accepted which is GREAT! The apartment is about 10 years old and has been taken care of well. No complaints there! We have an amazing view, lots of light. We both got parking spots (extra) close to our door. There is visitor parking throughout the lot that is available at any time! Hydro is super cheap (30$ a month) and water is included. Poop bags are available at every entrance. The building is quiet and cleaned often! Very good apartment for this price, highly recommend!!!

    Maintenance is not great. It took almost a year (including many phone calls to the call center) to finally get the front door fixed. When broken the lock could be “locked open” allowing anyone access to the building. Snow removal, weeds and grass cutting is very slow to non- existant. The grass really is greener on the other side of the fence. Money is spent on marketing (example glossy color card stock asking for a review to be posted) rather than money being spent on building maintenance. Notices are put under the door requesting access and then no one shows up and you get another notice rescheduling it. At 11 years old the building is starting to show its age. Rent for a 2 bedroom is currently just shy of $1400 including parking. Month to month is a positive and someone does answer the phone when you call the call center, although sometimes you need to call the call center numerous times to get something actioned. It is in a nice part of the city but sometimes you feel with the upkeep of the building that your living in a “much cheaper” area of the city.
