Only reason I did not go with True north Mortgage, it took a while to approve the application, while I was not sure about the outcome. Especially when the rates were rising, i end up refinanicing the mortgage with TD bank.
(January 5, 2022, 7:00 pm)I can't say enough about Tim. I'm thankful I didn't sign my renewal agreement with my current bank. My current bank offered me .20% higher than what Tim provided me. Very pleased with everything and I look forward to working with him in the future.
