What makes darcy unique is that he is really good at catering the workout to the individual, everybody works, learns and recovers at different speeds .. Darcy is really good at identifying that the moment you meet.
Also, he has never asked me to do anything he hasn’t done - being a “players” trainer/ coach is huge! and separates you.
