(March 2, 2022, 6:49 pm)Matt and the team at Carrara were exceptional to deal with. We changed our mind after ordering our tile and wanted to extend the install into our foyer. Matt ordered more tile for us, got it in immediately for our installer, and even made sure to match the dye lot as our initial order. I also needed a tiny amount of a different grout colour for our niche inlay. Matt let us fill up a cup of grout from an open bag. Above and beyond service. Thank you!

(June 12, 2020, 9:55 pm)After working with Matt on quotes and details our kitchen counter and back splash tile replacement the Carrara team got to work. The entire leadtime was 2 weeks from time of measuring the counters. Actual work in our home started Monday and was DONE by Friday 11am. Everyone was great, but special nod to Vito who installed the tile. He was extremely professional and friendly.
