Dr. Edwards is very professional, attentive, observant, and efficient. He explains things in clear language without talking in a condescending tone. He has international training but also a love of our hometown, Winnipeg.

Top of mind for me is seeing the stars at night clear, I. MEAN. CLEAR. I've done photography as a hobby for a while now. I've recently taken a liking to astrophotography. My Dad was a very good photographer, I'm sure his photos from his world travels inspired me to take up the hobby.

It's been a while since I've been to an Optimist, my last prescription was filled in Los Angeles about 7 yrs ago. As I stated above, my sight was fine, I just wanted my vision to be sharper. I decided to google "garden city optimist" since I live in the area and read some reviews. I start by skimming the good reviews. They seemed to be glowing so I check the worst review. I'm glad I did my research and did not get discouraged by a bad review or an overly glowing one.

In the Rona era, I did have to wait for a Lil longer in line. His staff was friendly, and the office was clean. The lobby is a little small but hey, no biggie. Anyways, to make a short story long, He banged out my new prescription in no time. I had a few questions about eye health and he answered me quickly and expertly. He was so great at making me feel comfortable. Great service, even tho we had a short conversation I found it to be engaging and fun.

I have been seeing Dr Edward Kundzicz in regards to my glaucoma, he is so patient with me and my anxiety issues. I recently went in for a follow up to see if the eye drops were working and I was honest that I hadn't been diligent in my use if the drops, he didn't get upset with me at all, he just said let's try again and use them every day. I have recommended him to many people!

I highly recommend Dr Edward Kundzicz to everyone! I have seen him twice now (2 yearly checkups due to diabetes) and he is extremely thorough and vet knowledgeable. He gives you updates in layman’s terms & no mumble jumble you wouldn’t understand!
Staff are also very friendly & courteous! I’m so glad to have found Dr Kundzicz at the Clear Eye Centre at Garden City Shopping Centre!
