The Fitual

The space here is amazing. Clean, modern and a space you want to be in. The instructors are all incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I love coming here and the workout itself is very challenging but so worth it.

This studio is bright and beautiful! The space is inviting and the instructors are amazing! They offer a wide variety of classes that will accommodate everyone’s needs from high intensity resistance training and cardio to low impact lagree fitness (there is literally a class for everyone no matter where you are at in your fitness journey). I highly recommend them.

Only took the MEGA classes here and they are amazing. Such a deceptively good workout. All the instructors are incredible as well.

I absolutely LOVE this style of workout. I've been enjoying the Fitual Anywhere that they now offer which is an online version you can subscribe to and gain access to so many videos Chalnessa and her team have put together. With my crazy schedule, it works out so well for me. I like to get into the studio when I am able to as the girls are so awesome at ensuring your form is correct to avoid any injuries and/or strains; then I always know what to be aware of when I'm doing the workouts at home. Highly recommend The Fitual and The Fitual Anywhere to anyone who loves to sweat while moving, toning and strengthening your body! Thank you for creating this wonderful workout and space.
