Their response to my initial inquiry was very quick, when I got called by then they attempted to walk me through the issue so I didn't have to pay to have some one come to my house. The gentleman who did come help me was polite, answered all my questions and took me seriously and I felt very understood and when he left all issues I had wer solved and any concerns were put to rest.
I will definitely use them again if I have an issue and I would recommend them to any one who asked about electrician services.
(September 18, 2020, 3:37 am)Willits is an fantastic company. We needed some quick work done. It was done even more quickly than promised. The workers were amazingly fast and nice, the work top notch. I won't go anywhere else if I need more work in the future.
