Every time I’ve gone to this location it’s been great and I will continue going here but I recently and an… unfortunate experience? I have visible acne (which people like to make comments on) but I went in to get a hydrating product (which you typically don’t need for acne). I asked for some advice and while the employee was fairly helpful she kept on trying to suggest stripping/drying products for acne (which was not what I was looking for). She even made a comment about my acne. I told her I wasn’t interested in acne products, yet kept bringing them to me. I ended up telling her I take very serious medication for my acne and that I really really don’t want any of the products she’s suggesting to me. She finally got the hint (after me explaining this rather personal and embarrassing detail) and left me alone. I understand she was trying to be helpful and she did suggest good products but I felt pretty embarrassed by the end of it.

Always love to visit this store particular... their customer service is awesome... specially want to thank Meghan ....she is very enthusiastic, helpful and smiley 😊🤗👍
