I cannot believe how awesome the service is here. I had repairs with two different work computers that I needed fixed ASAP! Rui was extremely busy both times I was there and he still managed to squeeze me in and get my computers working again. Top notch!
I also just bought a new computer through him and he was extremely reasonable and he somehow managed to get every work program I had downloaded and ready to use instantly! It was almost as though I didn't even get a new computer. No setup required at all! Highly recommend!

I am out of the country but reached out for help. We did some trial and error ( because I’d never run into this problem. ) Rui stuck with me and the problem was solved. I am very grateful
