Fukumoto is the most inclusive and welcoming gym experience I've ever had! The coaches are so positive and supportive, always able to make quick adjustments to help you improve. The small classes make it feel like a family. It is a fun place to workout! I love the addition of online sessions. It has helped me stay active and motived even during these challenging times! Give them a try and you won't regret it!

I've been training at Fukumoto Fitness over the past 10 years and it has been an incredible experience.

From day one, the coaches have been looking out for me as an individual. Whether it was taking a look at my movement before I even started training, having modifications on hand for any injuries/issues I might have, or just checking in on me with a text, the coaching staff has been incredible when it comes to walking along with me on my journey. I've never gone a workout without having a word of encouragement from my coach.

The programming is very intentional and clients have so many opportunities to grow in their skill set so they can advance their trainings and progress. It's great to be able to workout in a community where I may have a 15 year old on my left and 60 year old on my right and we are all doing the same workout but at our own level and still pushing it.

I highly recommend Fukumoto Fitness for anyone looking to move better and feel stronger.

Highly trained staff have safety, form as well as fun as top priorities. I have been a member for many years and am always learning something new and building on my skills. I enjoy the positive, non judgemental environment. I highly recommend them.

The training provided is superb! Not only are the workouts well planned out, you also are given amazing training and education on how to modify movements to either remake it either more challenging or more manageable.
