Great service by office.
Had bad experience with other MP’s offices in Winnipeg. But Mr.Carr’s office is really helpful and follows up on time.

The front desk staff are very polite and friendly. You always get a very professional (albeit usually completely generic) response when you visit or contact the office. If you live in the area you'll get their newsletters even if you have a no flyers notice on your mailbox.

In terms of keeping the Liberals elections promise of electoral reform and environmental protection, Jim has been a terrible disappointment, but as far as day-to-day operations of an MP's office goes his staff and have the place well organized.
