(October 24, 2022, 4:07 pm)I applied in late August and I haven't received my loan yet up until now. I'm seeing a lot of people trying to call the office but they get disconnected. Rather than doing that, my parents told me to go in person (best choice). The place is small and there's 3 people there, and they're trying their best to get most of the work done for the people coming in. There's no need to make appointments though you'll be taking a ticket number and wait in line for about 30 mins or less. I followed it up and turns out that they couldn't find one of my forms after receiving it and I had to fill a new one and they processed it. Now, I'm waiting for my school to approve it and will send my loan in (estimated) 10 business days. I hope this helps.
