Great area to live in!
Pros: Great location, all of your necessities are within a 5 minute walking distance. Friendly neighbours, lots of kids in the building. Right by the blue line, so it's great if you rely on the bus system. Building manager is friendly and reliable. All utilities are included in rent, and laundry is in suite!!
Cons: No pets allowed. Suites are pretty dated and need a lot of TLC. Abandoned shopping carts galore in the neighbourhood. Not a great spot if you're someone who doesn't like kids and prefers a more quiet building.
