Rembrandt Gardens Apartments

This is one of the apartment buildings that is close to the University of Manitoba. Ideally located next to a Tim Hortons and 10 to 15 mins walk to Canadian superstore. It is along the Pembina Highway which is also close to additional stores for shopping and restaurants. Living at this apartment for over 2 years I have found the property managers to be helpful. Whenever they are not able to get things sorted out right away is because they are awaiting feedback from the head office or other repair workmen. They have always been willing to provide insight and knowledge about any matter once you ask and even provide suggestions on what you need to know especially if you are new to the country. I have seen them go out of their way in emergency situations to ensure that the tenants are safe and secure. Dee Dee and Carey try to assist whenever they can.

The apartment has become a place I can call home. The resident manager is approchable and so welcoming. Tries her best every time to tackle issues promptly and effectively. I surely recommend Rembrandt gardens.

Wonderful place that I have called home for the last 3 and a half years. The resident manager and caretaker are very professional and take care of every issue right away, very hard working and have made the place way better than when I moved in! Would recommend the building and the manager to anyone looking to move in!
