I had a bad first impression because their driver marked a delivery attempt as "business closed" when there was a sign outside my work that clearly said all deliveries must go to the back door. Not expecting much, I called their customer service line, and the rep forwarded the information to their driver and I got the package later that day.
Customer service for most couriers will basically tell you you're out of luck if anything goes wrong with your delivery, but a phone call to ICS actually solved my problem right away. I will definitely use them instead of DHL from now on!
