We have had a service agreement for our business with Waste Connections for over 10 years. They are reliable and offer great rates. Brittany looks after our account and is such a sweetheart! She is quick to help and makes sure all questions are taken care of. Online billing and payments are simple and convenient as well. Just signed for another years!
Ron, our Account Manager, has been great to deal with. He follows up on matters in a timely manner and deals directly with our franchisees if there are any issues. Overall, service from Waste Connections and Ron has been very positive.

We have been using Wast Connections for several years for our refuse pick up at our business (a garden centre) and the service is great! Sales staff have gone above and beyond with any requests from our staff. Whomever answers the phones over there has a wonderful manner and can always direct our call. Our driver is skilled and always able to dump our bin (even in terrible weather).
