Rashard and Brendon were awesome to work with! From first contact for a quote, through completion of job/s, Rashard was a pleasure and truly stood out from others. I had a few different contractors this season for a variety of jobs and came across Commonwealth near the end of the season- if it had been sooner I would have had all jobs done with Commonwealth as they do everything and would have been alot smoother going! (as with the other companies I experienced alot of delays, poor communication, messy site left etc) With Commonwealth, I had a fence and gate done and was very impressed. I kept adding on extra jobs including some landscaping, a paver stone path and a planter box, which were all well completed in impressive time. Very professional, excellent communication, efficient, clean and ensured I was totally satisfied. I plan to do some bathroom/home renos this winter and will be working with Commonwealth. Highly recommend for ANY contracting needs!!

I contacted CW Renovations to complete a privacy fence after a landscape company I had employed was unable to complete the fence, after removing the old fence. I waited patiently the entire summer to have my open backyard enclosed from the backlane and still could not get a date of when the fence would be constructed. Because of security issues, and not getting a date from this same landscale company, I decided to initiate finding, on my own, a construction company to complete a new fence.

I had contacted a total of 12 Construction companies, leaving voice messages, emails and online requests. Rashard, from Commonwealth Renovations was the ONLY person who actually answered his own phone and proceeded to complete an on-site quote in a very timely manner.
The entire experience was exceptional from beginning to completion. He kept me informed and involved and followed through. I was able to call and reach Rashard and discuss any concerns or questions that I had at anytime.

I would highly recommend Commonwealth Renovations for great value, professionalism, excellent work, all in a very timely and efficient manner. I asked Brendon to make the garden gate "pretty" and I love what he created.

I hired Commonwealth Renovations to update the 1953 bungalow I purchased in 2021. They did it all including: refinishing original hardwood, installing engineered hardwood, interior and exterior paint, egress window installation, full kitchen renovation, full bathroom renovation, full basement renovation, fireplace mantle install, and an absolutely wonderful front deck. They are returning this summer to install a back entrance in the spare room that will walk out onto a back deck. Rashard and his team are extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, and efficient.
