The staff is amazing and they were able to fix a sentimental necklace for me even though two other stores refused. They estimated the exact price and finished 5 days earlier than promised. Such a caring and professional staff (I think Peter or Phil was his name)- I cannot thank you enough!

Great customer service, great selection and exceptional repair service. I took my watches there to get and fixed and couldn’t be happier with the price of the repair and the quality of workmanship. Will be recommending anyone I know to you.

I recently brought my wedding ring to the Polo Park location to be resized. The customer service was great- the staff was friendly and very helpful. I greatly appreciated receiving a phone to let me know that the prongs on my ring needed to be replaced, as well. The work on my ring was completed before the estimated date and the overall cost was very reasonable.
