Moose Knuckles Polo Park

Phenomenal service! Both salespeople who helped me couldn't have been nicer or cooler :) Very helpful and professional. I am getting use to wearing my new Saskatchewan, its the heaviest coat I have ever worn and the zipper is a little tricky, but with a Cold Rating of 4 (-40), it delivers! I've only worn it twice and have already received a few compliments! Would highly recommend! ;)

We went to Moose Knuckes store today. We bought our parkas in Urban Trail or Harry Rosen normally, when we passed by Moose Kunckes Store today, we felt like taking a look at, and we tried 6 parkas. We have been served by a beautiful young black lady, I am so regret that I didn’t get her name, because she was very good. We didn’t buy anything today, but if we go back, we will look for her to make purchase definitely!

I was greeted by Claire and Aura right away when I walked in. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable! They presented different styles of jacket for me to choose from and allowed me to take my time deciding on what jacket to purchase. Betty was working that day as well and she was also very insightful and helpful. The store was very clean and organized. I had an excellent shopping experience!

I like the jackets and the staff explains their product well. I did think the price was high and not as nice as Canadian goose. The jackets looked nice but some I didn’t get them. They need to explain their product in a way that the customer can connect to it.
