Came here in summer for tragus piercing, came back later after a perfect heal for a downsize and two more piercings. Everything was very sterile and clean and I’m always happy to see piercing shops carry high quality brands that will only sell to reputable piercers. The booking process is really simple in store or online and Leesha is one of the most approachable piercers I've ever met. The piercings were quick and done perfectly all time. They have great deals every week on Sundays and Wednesdays - make sure you book well in advance! They also have online waivers to speed up your time in the shop on the day of your appointment and a great rewards program. I recommend this shop to everyone and after nearly two decades of getting pierced I'm happy as heck to have a regular place to go to!

I had the top of my ear (flat) pierced by Atlantes and it was a great experience! She was professional, friendly and explained the process well. I was nervous at the start, but her calm demeanour made me feel comfortable and her explanation took my nerves away. The piercing is so nice! It is exactly where I want it and is healing fast! Thanks Atlantes! You rock!!

I honestly was so nervous to get a tattoo but when I arrived at the place everyone was so kind and welcoming. As for my actual tattoo experience ... I loved it! Nate was the one who did my very first tattoo of a butterfly on the back of my arm and with his and the other co-workers help, I found a spot that did not hurt which made the experience WAY less painful than imagined. Nate was so freaking awesome and made me feel very calm by constantly checking in on me to ask if I was okay. He has a awesome personality and I will 1000000% be back. Especially for piercings and tattoos!

I had been looking for someone to do my dream catcher tattoo tat looked feminine, clean, and fine line. I had been looking throughout the city, that's when I came across Maria's work. Her and I collaborated on a design, size, placement and colour. She exceeded my expectations tenfold. I am so happy to show this piece off, I only wish summer was longer! Maria has a light hand, and made me feel extremely comfortable in the chair. I recommend seeing her for your next ink work!

I went to get my nostril pierced yesterday and I had a great experience from booking to finish! Staff were friendly with booking, showed me the different options of jewelry, and explained the sanitizing process. The room was clean, I watched the piercer clean and glove their hands, and he explained the steps as he was doing them.

1 day post piercing and there is zero pain! The piercing has no swelling, no redness, and is placed perfectly with my glasses!

Would highly recommend as it was affordable, sanitary, and I felt super informed!

EDIT*** 1 week post piercing, and it is super clean! No redness/swelling/bruising after the 3rd day. The instructions for cleaning were easy to follow and have proven effective
