I have bought shoes here for years. Boots runners fancy outing shoes. I LOVE the styles they have here. Everytime I go out people ask me where I got my boots and I sing "Steve maddennnn". I have read other reviews and honestly have never experienced, what other did regarding customer service. I love the staff and they are very helpful. I have had to return a pair that didn't fit and it went well I got the size up and they were un worn so the return was simple and I also have been given replacement shoes from a pair that had the sole break. I love the mall and STEVE MADDEN HAS THE BEST SHOES IN WINNIPEG. Thank you for all your hard work over there ladies, I appreciate all you do. ❤️

I went at their Polo Park location today as i was looking for a birthday gift for my friend.
Keyli , my apologies if I mentioned the name wrong but it does pronounce like this. Coming to the point, Keyli helped me to chose a gift. She was really sweet and generous. This was my first purchase and the best one. Will be back again for sure.
