I wanted to find a suitable telecom operator and I will say that Muhammad was the best in service among others in that center. He was polite, patient, chose the best communication options for my family and convinced me to stay with Chatr. A couple of days ago I used the services of Muhammad again, he offered me even better options for tariffs than I expected. He is an excellent consultant.

At the kiosk they will not help you with the refer a friend program you're gonna need *611 for that. They also don't answer the phone at the kiosk. Other than that they have great plans, don't require id or do a credit check, and the staff are friendly and competent.

Great service. Kyle was very helpful and went out of his way to spend his time explaining everything throughly. Really happy about switching providers from Virgin.
