Went in to window shop for a mattress, I was dealing with Colin. What a great place. Got some good Black Friday deals and Colin wasn't pushy or forcing me to buy anything. I appreciate ppl who don't push product and decided to buy here. Thanks for the pheniminal service. Super excited for my mattress to arrive and finally have good night sleeps on my new bed.

In store customer service was top notch- knowledgeable, friendly, and honest in providing a delivery date.

Delivery and set up of the bed was another matter. The delivery people were just that delivery people with little experience in setting up the bed. This is the fourth bed we have purchased and the first time we had a crew was not efficient in the bed set up. Also when removing the old mattress they knocked a piece of base board off the wall.

They were courteous and maintained all Covid regulations

We bought our mattress set at the Regent location. Colin & Randy were so friendly and knowledgeable, they made the entire process easy! Delivery was a smooth process. We are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommended Sleep Country!

Joey at the St James location didn’t pressure me at all with my first purchase which led me to come back and buy another mattress at the Regent location, props to that guy for letting us take our time and try out what would suit us best so I know what buy the next time. When I came to the Regent location and dealt with Randy he made the process quick and easy .

I ended up buying my mattress elsewhere only because the mattress itself suited me better but otherwise I would've purchased here.
