Great experience. I took my broken laptop to a competitor who told me, after keeping my computer for a week, that it was unfixable and tried to sell me a new laptop.

I luckily went for a second opinion and the problem was diagnosed and fixed, as well as upgraded in a timely matter at a fair cost. Will definitely be going back to BossTech for future repairs and upgrades.

Terry was great to work with, and a local north Kildonan company. His services were top notch and prices reasonably. He has fixed my desktop and sold me a new one also, he also fixed my laptop and found out it was the charging plug that was faulty. Very honest and great to deal with a smaller scale business then the big box stores

These ranged from poor performance, interface issues with outlook to our service provider, and upgrades we needed to complete.
