I like these guys. It was a fun build. It took a lot of time but if you could ever build with Signature Homes.....ask for Damian. This guy is absolutely awesome to work with and the best sales person hands down. Gives new meaning to the sales concept and I have never met anybody with so much patience. Damian and the team designed a spice kitchen and sun room for us which was quite innovative and they made it work within budget. We tried quite a few builders but if you want something unique.....Signature home can do it and Damian can design it for you. Many thanks to the team for sticking with us through the warranty period and all issues were addressed. Wish you the best in all future projects.

We have been working with Damian at signaturehomes since July. We are building a new house and he was very helpful. As this is the first time building luxury home, we were not sure what to add or modify, then Damian guided us to make the better house. He took care of every little detail on the house. He has years of experience in this field and he knew exactly what we wanted and how we wanted. He was working as if he was building his own house. He literally worked with us like family. Whenever we have questions, he was responding very quickly and able to give us answers right away. We are very satisfied with working with Damian and signaturehomes. If anyone considering building a new house, we highly recommend signaturehomes.

Feels great to get our new home key today. Big shout out to Andy Sayroo our home construction manager. Andy is so helpful and knowledgeable. Words cannot describe how wonderful he is. He takes care of us for the past 2 weeks to fixing and touch up the house.
