Ruth Gardens

Kasia is an excellent manager. Always kind, friendly and very helpful. My family and I always received all support we need. And last but not least, the building is an awesome place to live in.

I have lived in Ruth Gardens for the past few years and my experience has been lovely. I find the people who run this building are always friendly and helpful. You can always find someone in the building cleaning or repairing things. That is part of what I love about it.

I have communicated several times with the Residential Manager Kasia and she is simply the best! Truly, she has such a caring heart, and is always there to listen and assist. I have kept her on her toes trust me! She always responds quickly and whenever there was a job that needed to be done she ensured it was completed in a timely manner.

Tyler, and the guys in maintenance are amazing. From the painters to the plumbers to the cleaners, Friendly and professional!

I have lived in a lot of places and this is one of the best run facilities I have ever lived in. It is unfortunate that COVID hit as I didn't get to utilize all of the neat features like I would have liked to, like the gym and the games room and the party room. When I did utilize the gym, it was always clean and equipment was well maintained, for the most part.

I find the staff always cleaning and always ready with a smile and a quick conversation no matter how busy. And even though they took the time to be friendly and talk to you a minute, they kept working. I have seen them take the time and the care to assist the seniors in this building and I know they really care for them.

The building is quiet! Oh my goodness, the most noise you hear is when residents go to the elevators, but there is NO noise in-between the suites. It's amazing! The underground parking rocks! Love that feature let me tell you... the only one thing I can say is that they need more parking. But there are lots of side streets for people to park on.

Great location, the suites may look small but in reality they are actually a pretty good size.

Call Kasia, she's wonderful. Even in her busy state and the amount she works, she always finds time for a smile and time to listen and she ensures to get the job done... each and every time.

My rating is a 4, only because they need more parking, otherwise, my experience here has been lovely... Thank you to everyone at Ruth Gardens, but mostly to Kasia, who was/is always there...
